Cisco Network

I would like to know in cisco what is the best way to connect to network one of them with Vlan 2 192.168.2.0/23 connected to two swicthes root y backup swicth and the other network connected to other pair of swicthes root and backup swicth with Vlan 4, and subnet 192.168.4.0/23 and the pair of swicthes conected to core swicthes CS1 y CS2 to establish communication between Vlan 2 and Vlan 4 then CS1 and CS 2 must be connected to DMZ routers for external communication. I am using swicthes and Cisco technology only.
