Quotas are one pool per organization, shared by every API key and MCP connection. Creating more keys never adds capacity. Technical access is not a redistribution license — paid plans still prohibit republishing the dataset unless a Commercial contract says otherwise.

Quota & rate-limit headers

Every response carries your plan, remaining daily quota, and burst window. Only 2xx data responses count toward the daily quota; /account and other meta routes are free.

X-Quota-*is the organization's daily pool (UTC reset); X-RateLimit-* is the per-minute burst window. Rejections use quota_exceeded, rate_limited, history_window_exceeded, or feature_not_in_plan and never count against your quota. Read the plans & quotas guide.
